GPS fixing for Samsung Galaxy i5801

After updating my Samsung Galaxy i5801 with the official firmware upgrade to Android 2.2 using Samsung Skies, I was still facing the GPS fixing problem. Phone use to take about to five minutes to get the GPS fixing.
Now found a way to solve this problem by changing Operation Mode in Session Operation form Standalone to MS-based.

To do this type *#*#3214789650#*#* in the dial pad take you to GPS settings.
Choose - settings -> Fix Request Settings -> Session Operation
Change the Operation Mode from Standalone to MS-based

After this I am getting GPS fix with in 10 secs.
